Tulum Snorkel Services does not collect personal information from users, except when they make a purchase from our products, contract our services, or request information through phone, email, or any other applicable method. The confidentiality and effective protection of our users’ information is of utmost importance to us; therefore, Tulum Snorkel Services commits to carrying out adequate protection measures for the same, in accordance with the principles, rights, and obligations established in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Possessed by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations, to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of our users’ information. Given the above, and in compliance with the applicable legal framework, we provide the following information:

  • Responsible for the processing of your personal data. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Tulum Snorkel Services is the responsible party for the protection and processing of your personal data, as well as the entity responsible for collecting such data, which can be contacted through its email address admin@tulumsnorkelservices.com, with an address located at Calle Chan Caah LT 118, exterior number s/N, interior number 201, colonia Tulum Centro, municipality of Tulum, state of Quintana Roo, postal code 77760.
  • Primary purposes of the processing of your personal data. The personal data of the user, which may be collected, and unless the user has specified otherwise through the means described in this Privacy Notice, will be treated and protected under strict confidentiality by Tulum Snorkel Services and will be used for the following purposes: User registration and login.
  • Secondary purposes of the processing of your personal data. In the absence of opposition from your part, Tulum Snorkel Services will process your personal data for secondary purposes, such as:
  • Personal data. The following personal data will be collected by Tulum Snorkel Services for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering the contracted services: Identification data: full name, address, home phone number, cell phone number, email address, signature, electronic signature, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number, Unique Population Registry (CURP) number, birthplace, date of birth, and references. Patrimonial data: business name, business activity, RFC number for legal entities, bank account information, and data on legal representatives of the legal entity (name, email address, RFC number, CURP number, signature, electronic signature).
  • Data transfer. Tulum Snorkel Services may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties that provide us with the necessary services to perform the contracted services, as well as to our subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other company within the same group responsible for such purpose. In such cases, Tulum Snorkel Services will take the necessary measures to ensure that the persons who have access to your personal data comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice and the applicable legal framework.
  • Data protection. The security of your information is our top priority, and we protect it through the use and maintenance of high-security technical, physical, and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to the same.
  • Exercise of ARCO rights. As a user, you have the right to know what personal data we have in our possession, how we use it, and the conditions of use. You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete; to request its deletion from our records or database when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations established in the regulations; and to oppose the use of your personal data for certain specific purposes. The mechanisms implemented for the exercise of your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) must be sent in writing to the email address admin@tulumsnorkelservices.com. Tulum Snorkel Services will communicate with you within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of receipt of the request to inform you of the adopted determination and, if applicable, to make it effective within 15 business days from the date of communication of the response and resolution.
  • Revocation of consent for the processing of your personal data. At any time, our users can revoke the consent they have given us for the processing of their personal data, so that we stop using it. To do so, you must present your request in writing via email to the address admin@tulumsnorkelservices.com. However, it is important to note that we may not be able to comply with your request or conclude the use immediately, as it is possible that we may need to continue processing your personal data for legal reasons.
  • Changes to the Privacy Notice. Tulum Snorkel Services may modify this Privacy Notice and its practices regarding the handling of your personal information; however, any significant modification that may affect our users will be notified through a publication on our portals and through email notifications or other communication channels.
  • Unlawful treatment of your personal data. If the user considers that their right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct by Tulum Snorkel Services or through its actions or responses, and that the processing of their personal data has been carried out in violation of the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Possessed by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), they may file a complaint or report with the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information, and Data Protection.
